The leadership in the Cortina Community is almost entirely made up of Alumni (juniors and seniors) of the Cortina Program. Ten students serve on the Leadership Team (affectionately named “Core-teama”) and around 15 students serve as Service Group Leaders (SGLs), providing peer leadership at service sites, in reflection, and in Sunday Community time discussions.
